Use Cases & Campaigns
Can I send different event invitations to prospects in multiple cities?
Yes. One Yotru campaign can carry a different invitation for each city, with its own date, venue, host and registration page. You upload one list with a city for each recipient, write a version for each event, and approve everything before you pay.

The Yotru answer
When you run the same event in several cities, each prospect should only see the one near them. Group your list by city, write a version of the invitation for each stop, and sign each version from the person hosting that event. Each card still gets its own QR code, so you can see interest city by city.
How clients ask it
- Can I mail invitations for a roadshow in several cities?
- Can one campaign have different dates and venues?
- How do I invite prospects to the event closest to them?
What changes by city
| Element | Same everywhere | Changes by city |
|---|---|---|
| Main message | Yes | |
| Date, time and venue | Yes | |
| Host and signature | Yes, ideally the local host | |
| Registration page | Yes, one per event | |
| Recipient's name and company | Yes, on every card |
Setting up the list
Use one list with a city or event column for every recipient. Prospects between two cities should get the invitation for the event easiest for them to reach, not both. Yotru mails in Canada, the United States and the Netherlands, so a roadshow can cross borders in one campaign.
How we look at it at Yotru
Running several cities in one campaign keeps the setup simple and makes results comparable. The scan data shows which cities are responding, so you can push follow-up calls where interest is highest before each event.
