Use Cases & Campaigns
Can I send physical invitations to companies without having their mailing addresses?
Yes, but every postcard still needs a valid mailing address before it can be printed. If you only have company names, a website or an email address, Yotru can source the business mailing addresses for you. You review the list with the addresses filled in and approve it before you pay.

The Yotru answer
Most teams planning an invitation mailing have a list of companies they want to invite, not a list of mailing addresses. That's fine. Give Yotru the companies, and the roles or people you want to reach, and we source the business addresses. Records we can't confirm are flagged rather than guessed, and you decide what to keep.
How clients ask it
- I only have company names. Can I still mail invitations?
- Can you find mailing addresses from a list of emails?
- Do I need a mailing list before I order invitations?
What you can start with
| What you have | What Yotru does |
|---|---|
| Company names only | Finds the right contact and business mailing address |
| Names and emails | Sources the business address for each contact |
| A description of who you want | Builds the list from industry, location and company size, then sources addresses |
| A full mailing list | Checks the addresses before printing |
Which address to use
A company's head office isn't always where your contact works. For larger companies with several locations, the right address is the office where the person you're inviting actually receives mail. More on that in how to find a business mailing address.
How we look at it at Yotru
Missing addresses shouldn't stop a good invitation campaign. Tell us who you want to invite, we fill in what's missing, and you see the full list before anything is paid for or printed.
