Can I use my HubSpot or Salesforce contacts for a personalized mailing?
Yes. Export the contacts or companies you want to mail from HubSpot or Salesforce, upload the file to Yotru, and each record becomes a personalized postcard with its own QR code. Yotru doesn't send automatically from your CRM, so you choose exactly which records go into each mailing and approve them before you pay.

Most teams' strongest prospects and customers are already in HubSpot or Salesforce. Filter the view you want, such as a target account list, open deals or past customers, export it, and upload it to Yotru. Missing business addresses can be sourced, and each card is personalized from the fields in your export.

Cleaning the export
Remove contacts who asked not to be contacted, people who have left the company, and anyone already in an active deal unless the card is meant for them. CRM addresses go out of date, so it's worth having them checked before printing.
