4 years agoThroughout the treatment, everything was great. The staff were all friendly and efficient. However, after my treatment ended, a procedure was performed without my consent or prior knowledge, which completely ruined the trust I had for this clinic.

8 months agoThe only halfway decent part was the staff being nice. He was hostile the whole time... pushy, arrogant. I felt my consent didn't matter. I found another orthodontist who respected me and gave me the braces I actually needed.
