3 months agoI have called and left messages and no call back. A referral was sent at the beginning of February and I haven't had a call. When you call, there are only calls answered between 9:00-12:00 - like four hours.

6 months agoOn my appointment day they told me they don't accept refugee ID anymore. You should let me know before - when I booked I filled the form, so you should check and let me know in advance. They wasted my whole day.
