The doctor is super nice, but the front desk is honestly terrible. You can't even call to make an appointment because they never pick up or call back. They just booked me at a random time assuming I was free.

When a doctor spends less than 5 minutes on your appointment it's a RED FLAG. Waited a year for a referral, didn't even look at my skin and gave me a prescription, no talking or understanding of any medical history.
