My appointment was set for 11:20 AM, but there was no communication regarding any delay. I waited until 12:25 PM. When I asked the front desk for an approximate wait time, I was told they were not liable to answer that question.

The doctor we see is amazing, he is kind and helpful. However, they are always running an hour behind. I even call ahead and am told they are on time, only to arrive and still wait an hour. This has happened all 4 times.

The doctor I saw was wonderful - he did not rush me, allowed me to ask about an unrelated issue, and asked if I had any questions before I left. My only issue is the wait time - over an hour beyond my scheduled appointment time.
