7 months agoUpon entering for my appointment, no recognition from any staff member. Dr Mann was late. Focus seems to be on charging for tests.

9 months agoDid not get my lenses on time even though they were ordered a week ahead of my trip. Acted like she doesn't know why my prescription would not print properly so I couldn't get my lenses elsewhere.
